Our lift has broken down can you send someone out to repair it?

Our Service Provider and Insurance Inspector looks after our lifts for us and advises us of any changes in legislation, so why should I consider employing a consultant?

Our Service Provider says that our lifts are old and need major improvement works to achieve any degree of reliability and has provided me with a quotation for the works but I'm not sure if this is right?

Our lift maintenance charges are already high so why should I employ a consultant?

The Service Provider is asking us to accept quotations for works to the lifts within the lift shaft and machine room. Surely these items are his responsibility?
